You will receive your pass via text (if you have a U.S. mobile phone number) and by email. When registering, please be sure to enter a valid email address to be able to receive your pass on your phone.
Yes – all globally approved COVID-19 vaccinations are valid so long as an official record is provided including first and last name, date of birth and dosage information.

Yes you can. To upload your vaccine record, please follow the prompts during the registration process and upload the record on the final registration page using the green “Upload Proof of Vaccination” button.
Our support team is working around the clock to verify vaccinations as quickly as possible. As this is a manual process, please allow 1-2 days for processing leading up to the event.
This may occur if you incorrectly entered your date of birth when registering. To fix this issue – you may either re-register or simply email email@example.com with your full name and date of birth.
You may email a photo of your record to firstname.lastname@example.org after registering and our support team will verify your documents and issue you a pass as soon as possible.
Please only upload the front of your vaccine record. Only one photo may be uploaded per registration, so if you were to upload the back of your card you may receive an unsatisfactory credential.
