Once you are in successfully logged-in to your account, you can view your tickets under ‘Your Tickets’ section and ‘Upcoming’. All tickets orders will be sorted by session. Once you click on any given session you will see all tickets, sorted by section, row and seat number.
Enter first name, last name, and email of recipient and continue.
You will now be asked to review your transfer. Make sure all sessions/seats selected are correct. Double check to make sure the recipient’s email is correct as having an error in the email can cause tickets to be sent to the wrong person or be in a “transfer pending” stage. Click Transfer after reviewing.
You can see a list of transferred tickets and their recipients in the Your Tickets – Transferred tab.
You can recall tickets as long as tickets are in the “Transfer Pending” stage. If transfer is still pending, you can revoke the transfer and bring the tickets back to your account. You can then transfer this ticket to someone else.
If tickets are transferred to a valid email associated with an existing AXS account, tickets will automatically be claimed and cannot be recalled. If at any point you need successfully transferred tickets back in to your account, the person you sent the tickets to would need to transfer them back to you by going through the transfer process from their account.
Once tickets have been transferred, the recipient will receive an email from AXS with the subject line reading: Tickets Just Got Sent To You.
If the recipient has ever used AXS for any other venues or events, they already have an active AXS account. All they need to do is sign in to view their tickets. Here is an example of the email they will receive:
If the recipient does NOT have an AXS account yet, they will need to create an account using the SAME email the tickets were transferred to. Here is an example of the email they will receive.
