Media
The BNP Paribas Open attracts hundreds of journalists and broadcasters from around the world who travel to Indian Wells to cover the tournament on-site. These media representatives receive access to player interviews, matches, press conferences, and key facility areas, enabling comprehensive global coverage of the event.

Onsite Media and Photo Credentials

The 2026 media and photo credential application can be accessed here:
2026 Credential Application

The application link will close on Friday, February 20. No applications will be accepted after this date.

BNP Paribas Open onsite media credentials are reserved for journalists and photographers covering the event for an accredited media outlet. This can include newspapers, magazines, television/radio stations, and more. Applications will not be considered from freelancers, but rather only from the media organization for which you are on assignment. Factors for approval consideration include:

  • Reach and scope of media outlet

  • Prior tennis coverage

  • Requested date(s) of coverage

  • Type, scope and frequency of coverage

  • Type of access requested

The tournament reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation in its sole and absolute discretion. Completion of the application does not guarantee accreditation, nor does accreditation for past years guarantee approval for 2026. The tournament will make the final decision on all credential applications on a case-by-case basis. Media credentials can be revoked at any point at the discretion of the Media Director and Desert Champions Marketing Team.

At this time, the BNP Paribas Open only offers media credentials for on-site coverage of the tournament. No remote coverage access is offered.
