Australian Adam Walton won through qualifying to reach the Indian Wells second round last year. Soon after, he advanced to the fourth round in Miami as a lucky loser and reached the third round in Cincinnati, scoring the biggest win of his career by defeating No. 15 Daniil Medvedev. He also made his first ATP Tour semifinal in Los Cabos, a run that helped him rise to a career-high No. 74 in October 2025. Walton played college tennis at the University of Tennessee and won the 2021 NCAA doubles title.
