Alex Michelsen collected 60 wins across his first two full-time seasons playing at Tour level in 2024-2025, reaching a career-high ATP Ranking of No. 30 in July last year. The SoCal native, who grew up playing alongside Learner Tien, last year reached the fourth round of the Australian Open and made semi-finals in Delray Beach, Mallorca and Almaty. He defeated then World No. 10 Lorenzo Musetti en route to the quarter-finals in Toronto. Since turning pro in 2023, Michelsen has reached three ATP Tour finals: Newport (2023-24) and Winston-Salem (2024). He reached the Indian Wells third round last year.
