Italy’s Andrea Vavassori had his most complete year on Tour in 2024. Alongside Simone Bolelli, he reached his first two Grand Slam men’s doubles finals at the Australian Open and Roland Garros, and reached his first Masters doubles semifinal at Indian Wells, which he would later do again at the Italian Open. The pair started 2025 with another Grand Slam final appearance at the Australian Open, also winning two ATP titles at Adelaide and Rotterdam. Vavassori also won his maiden Grand Slam in mixed doubles alongside Sara Errani at the 2024 US Open.
