Arthur Fils achieved a career-high ranking of No. 20 in 2024 following a run to his first Grand Slam fourth round at Wimbledon. He first broke into the Top 100 in 2023 after winning the Lyon title, becoming the youngest Frenchman to win an ATP Tour title since Gael Monfils in 2005. Fils claimed two ATP 500 titles in 2024 at both the Hamburg and Japan Open.
