Long Beach, California native Asia Muhammad has played professional tennis since 2007, but recently had her biggest breakthrough when she won her maiden WTA 1000 women’s doubles title at the 2024 Cincinnati Open. Muhammad reached the women’s doubles final at Indian Wells in 2022, the semifinals in 2024, and won the Indian Wells Challenger in 2020 alongside Taylor Townsend.
