American Colton Smith successfully defended his ATP Challenger title in Cleveland in February to close in on his career-high ATP Ranking of No. 133. Smith, who graduated from the University of Arizona in 2025 as the winningest singles player in school history, last year won the Cleveland Challenger in what was just his seventh appearance at that level.
