Felix Auger Aliassime is the only Canadian to reach the US Open semifinals, doing so twice in 2021 and 2025. He first broke out in 2022 when he led the ATP Tour with 45 hard-court and 31 indoor wins, taking down No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz and former No. 1s Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Rafael Nadal en route to a career-high No. 6 ranking himself. Auger-Aliassime also teamed up with countrymate Gabriela Dabrowski to win Bronze in mixed doubles at the Paris 2024 Olympics – the second Olympic tennis medal in Canada’s history.
