Belgium’s Greet Minnen made her WTA main draw debut at the 2018 Luxembourg Open in the doubles field, where she won the title. She won the same tournament again in 2021 for her second doubles title, and has reached the quarterfinals in women’s doubles twice at Roland-Garros (2022, 2023). In singles, the biggest performance of her career was at the 2023 US Open, when she defeated Venus Williams as a qualifier en route to reaching the third round. In 2024, Minnen posted her best WTA 1000 performances by reaching the third round at the Miami and China Open.
