He accelerated quickly the year prior: after being unranked in mid-2023, he broke into the Top 500 in June 2024, the Top 200 in August 2024 and the Top 100 in September 2024, while posting a 27–3 Challenger record in 2024 with titles in Nottingham, Lincoln, Rennes and Orléans.
