WTA veteran and former world No. 1 Karolina Pliskova wields over a decade of experience on Tour including two Grand Slam finals appearances (2016 US Open and 2021 Wimbledon). This year marks a dozen visits to the BNP Paribas Open where she has two semifinal finishes in 2016 and 2017 at Indian Wells. She comes off a 2023 season with three quarterfinal appearances in the Australian Open, Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships and Porsche Grand Prix in Stuttgart.
