Campbell, California native Kristina Penickova recently broke out for her maiden Junior Grand Slam title at the 2025 Australian Open, winning the doubles title alongside her twin sister, Annika. At the 2025 Australian Open, she also became the first American to reach the girls’ singles finals since 2012. In 2024, she made her Grand Slam qualifying debut at the US Open.
