Lorenzo Musetti is a rising talent on Tour. He reached the 2022 ATP Masters 1000 Paris quarterfinal after the first Top 5 win of his career against No. 4 Casper Ruud, and reached his second 1000-level quarterfinal at 2023 Monte Carlo, beating No. 1 Novak Djokovic along the way. At age 20, he also defeated 19-year-old Carlos Alcaraz in the 2022 Hamburg final – the youngest ATP Tour final since 2005 Bastad (Nadal vs. Tomáš Berdych, both age 19).
