One of the youngest players in the Top 100, Luca Van Assche made his Australian Open debut in 2024 and reached a career-best third round at a Grand Slam. In 2023, Van Assche also recorded his first win at a Grand Slam on home soil in Paris at Roland-Garros, and his first Slam doubles win at Wimbledon alongside countryman Arthur Fils. He also competed in the 2023 Next Generation ATP Finals.
