Luca Van Assche made his Australian Open debut in 2024 and reached a career-best third round at a Grand Slam. In 2023, Van Assche also recorded his first win at a Grand Slam on home soil in Paris at Roland-Garros, and his first Slam doubles win at Wimbledon alongside countryman Arthur Fils. Van Assche picked up his first ATP Masters 1000 wins in 2024, reaching the second round in Miami and Madrid. Van Assche has competed at the 2023 and 2024 Next Gen ATP Finals.
