Brazil’s Luisa Stefani reached the Indian Wells quarterfinals in her first two appearances in the desert, but fell in the first round last year. The 2023 Australian Open mixed doubles champion, Luisa is the first Brazilian woman to reach the WTA Top 10 rankings (singles or doubles) and earned Brazil’s first tennis Olympic medals with a bronze in women's doubles from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She has 13 doubles title, including four last year in Tokyo, Sao Paulo, Strasbourg, Linz (all w/Babos).
