Madison Keys earned the biggest title of her career to start the 2025 season, capturing her first Grand Slam title at the Australian Open. Keys became the first Grand Slam women’s champion to defeat both the World No. 1 and World No. 2 en route to the title since 2009 Roland-Garros. Keys put together a career-best quarterfinal showing at Indian Wells in 2022. Keys is a former US Open finalist (2017), and won her lone WTA 1000 crown at the 2019 Cincinnati Open.
