Peyton Stearns is a former NCAA National Champion at the University of Texas (2022) and the first player in the program's history to win an NCAA Singles crown. 2024 saw the young American win her maiden WTA title at the Rabat Grand Prix, and advance to the quarterfinals at the Canadian Open for her best WTA 1000 finish. She reached the fourth round at the 2023 US Open, a career-best Grand Slam finish that propelled her into the Top 50 for the first time.
