Florida native Whitney Osuigwe is a former Junior Grand Slam champion, winning the 2017 Roland Garros singles title. She has made two WTA 1000 appearances at the 2017 and 2018 Miami Open, winning in the first round at the 2018 tournament. Osuigwe has made five Grand Slam main draw appearances throughout her career, and reached a career-high ranking of No. 105 in 2019.
