This 'Know Before You Go' checklist has everything you need to make the most of your time in the desert and ensure you have an easy experience while on-site. And if you still need tickets, it's not too late!

Get Your Digital Tickets Ready

All tickets to the BNP Paribas Open are digital and managed through the AXS ticketing service. Once tickets are purchased, fans will receive instructions on how to access their tickets via the BNP Paribas Open mobile app.

The BNP Paribas Open mobile app or the AXS ticketing app will sync with your AXS account when you register with the same email address you used to purchase your tickets and parking passes. Once synced, you will be able to conveniently access, manage, resell, or transfer your tickets through the app.

Plan Your Travel Ahead of Time

To ensure you have a swift and easy trip to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, it's important to plan your travel ahead of time! The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is located at 78-200 Miles Ave, Indian Wells, CA 92210, USA.

For fans planning on driving to the venue, make sure you know where to park:

Parking

• General Parking is free and available in the General Lot accessed via Miles Avenue.

• ADA Parking is available for those with a valid/current disabled placard, sticker, or license plate issued by the DMV. All access to General Parking ADA is reached by heading south on Washington Street to Miles Avenue, right on Miles Avenue, and an immediate right turn into Gate 4. Guests with wheelchairs will be directed to the WC Parking Lot accessed through Gate 1 via southbound Washington Street.

• Bike racks are available at the North and East Gate of the venue.

Taxi + Rideshare

Due to large number of vehicles and traffic around the event each day, fans are highly encouraged to use Taxi + Rideshare apps as a means of getting to and from Tennis Paradise. The designated pick-up and drop-off zone for Uber, Lyft, taxis, and other private rideshare options is located close to the North Gate entrance. All drop off & pick up must enter through Gate 10 off Warner Trail; no other drop off/pickup allowed. Fans can meet their ride at the canopy labeled Drop Off Area.

Shuttles

Guests who have purchased a Hotel Package at one of the tournament’s official partner hotels can take advantage of complimentary shuttle service to and from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Your hotel key will be your ticket to ride and must be shown to the shuttle driver prior to boarding. The pick-up and drop-off zone for hotel shuttles is located near the East Gate.

Know Which Stadiums You Can Access With Your Ticket Type

Before coming on-site, it is important that you know the access your specific ticket type grants you and what stadiums you are permitted to enter. Please consult the following guide to know what access you have based on your ticket type:

With any Stadium 1 Ticket you can access...

• Your Stadium 1 reserved seat

• General admission seating in Stadium 2 (Upper Bowl 300-Level)

• General admission seating in Stadiums 3-9

With a Stadium 2 Ticket you can access...

• Your Stadium 2 reserved seat

• General admission seating in Stadiums 3-9

With a Stadium 3 Ticket you can access...

• Your Stadium 3 reserved seat

• General admission seating in Stadium 2 (Upper Bowl 300-Level)

• General admission seating in Stadiums 4-9

With a Grounds Pass you can access...

• General admission seating in Stadiums 2-9

*Important note: This guide applies to every day of the tournament except Quarterfinal Thursday (March 13). On this day, Stadium 1 and Stadium 2 seats are fully reserved. A Stadium 1 ticket does not give access to Stadium 2. Grounds Passes do not provide access to Stadium 2.
