A three-time runner-up on the WTA Tour, Kalinskaya recorded her best Grand Slam result at the 2024 Australian Open, where she reached the quarterfinals. Her résumé also includes a 2025 Madrid Open doubles title with Sorana Cirstea, and a runner-up finish to Jasmine Paolini at the WTA 1000 in Dubai in 2024. She has climbed as high as No. 11 in the world and reached the fourth round in singles at Indian Wells in 2021.
