Frances Tiafoe enjoyed his best run in the desert in 2023 when he defeated defending champion Cameron Norrie in the quarterfinals before falling to Daniil Medvedev in two tight sets in the semis. Tiafoe reached the 2022 US Open semifinals after upsetting Rafael Nadal along the way to become the first American male semifinalist in New York since Andy Roddick in 2006. He reached the semifinals again at the 2024 US Open. ‘Big Foe’ owns three career ATP titles, last winning at Stuttgart in 2023, the year he cracked the Top 10 for the first time. Tiafoe’s 26 wins last year marked the first time since 2020 that he didn’t top 30 wins on the season.
