Jiri Lehecka first broke into the Top 50 in January 2023. During that season, he reached his first ATP Tour final at Winston-Salem and earned his first career Top 10 win over No. 7 Felix Auger-Aliassime in the Australian Open fourth round before falling to Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarterfinal. He also reached the fourth round at 2023 Wimbledon.
