Credentials
Main draw players may have access to Indian Wells Tennis Garden beginning Monday March 10th and can request up to 3 guest credentials. Qualifying players will not receive credentials until they advance to Main Draw singles or doubles. Credentials will be available to pick up during the main draw check in on Sunday March 9th from 3pm-6pm. Check-in / Registration
Qualifying check in / registration is on Friday March 7th from 3pm to 6pm at Embassy Suites Palm Desert 74-700 CA-111, Palm Desert, CA 92260 Main Draw Check in / registration is on Sunday March 9th from 3pm to 6pm at Indian Wells Tennis Garden
Qualifying Site Location
Please be advised that qualifying matches will not take place at Indian Wells Tennis Garden, qualifying matches will be played at the following facilities.
Boys are played at Rancho La Quinta Country Club - 79-301 Cascades Circle, La Quinta CA 92253
Girls are played at Palm Valley Country Club - 39205 Palm Valley Drive Palm Desert California 92211
Practice Courts
0ff-site practice courts are available Friday through Tuesday to players at Palm Desert Resort & Country Club (77-333 Country Club Dr, Palm Desert, CA 92211), please contact them directly. You can warm up on the qualifying sites from 11am on Saturday and Sunday morning before matches start on a first come first serve basis. Warm up courts are not available at Indian Wells for qualifiers.
Once main draw competition begins, warm up courts will be available at Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Transportation
Hotel shuttles will be available to and from IWTG and Qualifying Site locations through WTS Player Services, LLC. https://desertchampionsllc.formstack.com/forms/itftransportation
Daily Meal Allowance
Daily Meal Allowance in the amount of $70 will be added to the players credential each day for as long as they remain in the draw. Any unused amount does not carry over to the next day.
IWTG Site Map
A site map of all areas of IWTG is available on the BNP Paribas Open app. Please download the app, it is very helpful with all activities and updates happening on site.
Player Amenities at IWTG
Players will have showers, lounge space and stringing available onsite.
