FILA International Junior Championships

Fans attending the 2023 BNP Paribas Open will get to experience an exciting new event as the first-ever FILA International Junior Championships will be held during the second week of the tournament from March 13-19.
This inaugural event taking place alongside the main tournament will offer promising junior tennis players the opportunity to play on the same courts as the professionals at the esteemed Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Qualifying for the event will take place off-site on Saturday, March 11 and Sunday, March 12.
With a 48-person singles draw and 24-person doubles draw, this combined boys’ and girls’ event will be an ITF Level 1 tournament and feature junior players from the United States and Canada in 2023. The event plans to expand to a full international player field in 2024.
The Girls’ + Boys’ singles champions from the junior event will receive wild cards into their respective qualifying draws for the 2024 BNP Paribas Open.
